Bank Muscat Soft Token App allows retail/individual customers to authenticate internet banking transactions at any time, from anywhere, 24/7. It functions as a digital substitute for the physical token, removing the necessity to carry or use a physical token.

In the BM Soft Token App, you can:

• Approve your financial transactions by tapping on push notifications received on your registered mobile device.
• Authenticate your non-financial transactions through Soft One-Time Password (OTP).
• Use fallback authentication through a colored QR code if the push notification is not received.
• This service is offered free of charge and is available in English and Arabic.

The Soft Token facility is not accessible to the following:

• Joint account holders.
• Corporate internet banking customers.
• Meethaq customers.
